UP3000 Fully Automated IC Programming System
Production Introduction UP-3000 is a special automated programming system used for programming most of types of IC. The equipment is equipped with 4 nozzles and multiple adapters. The equipment is also equipped with 11 sets of UP-848P Programmers which have ultra high-speed programming modules and support asynchronous programming mode for 88 chips at a time. Asynchronous programming mode of each module does not need to wait, so as to save the waiting time and to meet the customers' programming needs. This automated programming system can have more characteristics of customized algorithms and supply more professional and fast after-sale service.
Product FeaturesProgramming Operation to Be Used Easily
The equipment can complete a series of IC operations such as picking, positioning, placing, programming and discharging with the aid of one-key operation under the control of the software.
Multiple Programming Modules
Multiple programming modules can complete mass production of IC programming asynchronously. The automatic programming system can be equipped with up to 11 programming modules (8 sets). According to different types of IC, the number of programming is different, up to 88 chips. Asynchronous programming improve the comprehensive efficiency of mass production without waiting for more time.
Customized Algorithm
Special programming algorithms can be customized for different types of IC (bad block processing algorithm for various NAND ICs, generation algorithm for special serial number, devices(IC) in different conditions of programming, testing algorithm, etc.) to meet various special needs.
High Capacity
UP-3000 has its excellent advantages of high-density programming module array, short moving distance, high-speed and high productivity. The theoretical capacity can be reached 3000UPH.
Positioning System
The equipment can achieve accurate positioning, up to 0.01mm, with the aid of its high precision guide.
Control System
UP-3000 is equipped with Japanese Panasonic servo motor, high precision guide, high-density programming module, short moving distance, fast moving speed. Furthermore, if 4 chips are picked and placed, the time of this operation will be less than 0.5 second.
Guide
Because of high-precision large guide and the controller of ultra-small stepping motor adopted from Japanese THK, its repetitive precision is only 0.01mm. X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with three Panasonic high-precision photoelectric sensors respectively in order to achieve their accurate travel.
Stepper Motor Controller
If Y-axis is strengthened, it can withstand tens of kilograms of pressure. X-axis and Y-axis have the functions of intelligent acceleration and deceleration to effectively reduce the vibration of the whole machine and improve its service life.
Protective Nozzle
Self-developed nozzle can effectively protect IC and prevent damage. Each nozzle is equipped with Panasonic precision photoelectric sensor, which can simultaneously pick IC or separately pick IC.
Tray Device
The tray device adopts modular design, which can replace a variety of different feeding and discharging devices, so as to adapt to different types of IC packaging such as tray, tube and tape.
High Speed and High Efficiency
Through the actual measurement of the eMMC with 64G, the result shows that its programming speed is up to 70MB/s, and the calibration speed is only 80MB/s.
